Requirements

- Third level qualification in a relevant discipline
- QFA Qualification
- CFP/Tax qualification an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client portfolios
- 2 years plus relevant experience in a client facing advisory role in an Investment Firm, Private Banking sector or Insurance intermediary
- working knowledge of MiFID regulations in relation to the provision of advice
- Capable of dealing effectively with the clients and work as part of a team and interact with other departments
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Roles and Responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of clients who will have investments held through pensions, personally and through corporate structures
- Proactively reviewing client portfolios and ensuring they are rebalance in line with the Firm’s investment policy and the clients risk appetite
- Conduct in-depth reviews of client circumstances in order to assess the client’s appetite for risk and establish objectives and develop a financial plan in order to achieve such goals
- Formulating and executing independent financial advice in accordance with the ethos of the firm
- Preparation of meeting reports, agendas etc
- Draft reports to clients setting out recommendations
- Attend meetings with clients with the Managing Director and the Chief Operation Officer as required
- Provide support to clients in all areas of financial planning
- Building relationships and develop a rapport with clients
- Responsibility for ensuring all aspects of advice and client servicing generally delivered promptly and ensure client satisfaction
